As a resident of Las Vegas since grade school, I consider myself a native Las Vegan. I graduated from Las Vegas high school in 1963, after which I enrolled in UNLV. After the first year of college, I decided I needed to see more of the world and traveled to Europe for three months with my best friend. Upon my return to reality, Uncle Sam sent me an invitation that I couldn't refuse. I spent two years with the 82 nd Airborne Division, stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. Returning to Las Vegas, finally ready to settle down and make my mark in life.
I immediately went to work for JC Penney in their management training program and spent the next twenty plus years in retail management, including ten years with Saks 5 th Avenue. Since 1999, I've been fortunate to be a licensed Real Estate agent with Rossum Realty Unlimited, having achieved Platinum Club status each of those years.
My many years in the retail business taught me that "Customer Service" is the same whether you are selling clothing or beautiful homes. The key element to customer satisfaction is indeed Customer Service. So as we enter into a real estate transaction, you can be assured I will be with you every step of the way, negotiating the contract, participating in any and all inspections, attending design center appointments and culminating with our meeting at the title company to sign closing documents.
