My name is Kathy Solas and I have lived in Las Vegas for 14 years. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, I lived in Northern California. In my spare time, I love to sew, hook rugs, and occasionally play cards. My prior experience has been in escrow. I had been an escrow for 28 years and have now been in real estate for 1 year.
In escrow, I saw so many buyers get the house that they truly wanted and deserved and it gave me much pleasure to be a part of that. I left escrow because I wanted to be instrumental in the sale and purchase of homes. Usually, the process of escrow scares buyers and sellers and I am here to ease the anxiety that they may feel when entering escrow.
I am looking forward to assisting potential persons in buying and selling.
